Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
Handle pre-contract activities including sourcing contractors/suppliers, preparing tender documents, tender evaluation reports, and contract award administration within timeline
Manage post-contract matters such as monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final account closing for completed projects
Assist in project costing, budgeting, and cost control monitoring
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in QS or equivalent (Construction / Developer / Renewable energy)
Candidates with 1-2 years experience is preferred, procurement background will be encourage too
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Candidate who may want to explore in Renewable energy field may encourage to apply
Possesses good analytical and sourcing skills
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
