Job Description
Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
* Quantity take-off from architectural and construction drawings.
* Cost estimation and budgeting based on drawings and specifications.
* Verification of quantities and material requirements.
* Coordination with architects, project teams, and vendors for cost-related matters.
* Preparation of project cost reports and analysis.
Experience: Relevant experience in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation from architectural drawings.
