We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator to join a high-end residential construction and development team operating across the Boland region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and supporting the delivery of bespoke luxury residential homes to exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation for luxury residential projects Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings Manage project budgets, cash flows, and cost reporting Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations Prepare and administer contracts and payment certificates Monitor project variations and cost implications #J-18808-Ljbffr
