We are an established construction and property development company managing both contracting works (tendering and executing projects for external clients) and our own in-house property development projects. We are looking for a capable Quantity Surveyor to handle the QS function across both arms of our business, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Quantity Surveyor to take charge of cost and quantity matters across our contracting and development projects. The successful candidate will prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for tender submissions, carry out site measurements, manage claims and variations, and liaise with consultants and contractors. This role offers room to take ownership and grow into a leadership position as the business expands.
