Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Northern Fire Service (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to support our expanding engineering and fire protection projects throughout Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Prepare project costing, quotations, and tender submissions.
Review drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BQ).
Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
Monitor project costs and ensure project profitability.
Assist in procurement and material cost evaluation.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost savings.
Maintain proper project cost records and documentation.
Coordinate with project engineers, site personnel, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
Assist management in budgeting and cost control for multiple projects.
