Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor (Electrical / Interior Fit Out)

We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our M&E engineering team. This role focuses on managing project costing, tendering, and commercial control across electrical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare tender costing, including BOQ based on drawings and tender documents Estimate materials, labour, and project costs accurately Evaluate and negotiate sub-contractor and supplier quotations Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost control throughout project stages Perform monthly progress valuations and forecast final project costs Certify sub-contractor claims and finalize accounts Manage all commercial project information including labour, material, and subcontractor costing Support management with financial and commercial reporting
