Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing quotations, evaluating subcontractor claims, and supporting the overall contract administration process for construction projects.

The ideal candidate should possess good analytical skills, strong knowledge of construction costing, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions
• Take off quantities from drawings and specifications
• Prepare admonitor project budgets and cost control reports
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
