Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and Bills of Quantities (BQ). Support tender pricing, submissions, and presentations. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Review contracts and identify discrepancies or risks. Manage variation orders (VOs), progress claims, and final accounts. Assess and certify subcontractor claims. Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure project delivery. What we are looking for Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in Singapore. Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or plant-related projects is preferred. Knowledge of plants and landscaping materials is an advantage.
