Job Description
Responsibilities
- Evaluate tenders/cost, manage contracts and advise project team in contractual matters.
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payment.
- Measurement, valuation, negotiation and agreement with the Contractor/Sub-Contractor of all variations to the Contract.
- Monthly progress claim and payment certification.
- Preferably at least 2-3 years QS experience.
- Diploma/Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying from recognised universities or Polytechnics.
- AutoCAD knowledge.
