Quantity Surveyor

We are hiring: Quantity Surveyor

Ohin Construction is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The role will involve supporting our project and management teams in areas such as:

• Preparation and submission of progress claims
• Project cost monitoring and estimation
• Tendering of projects, including preparation of tender documents
• Evaluation of subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Preparation of variation claims and supporting documents
• Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

We are looking for someone who is responsible, organised, and able to work well in a construction project environment.

Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, sewerage, drainage, pipe jacking, or PUB projects will be an advantage.
