Job Description
Prepares documentation and substantiation for measurement, cost‑plus, and adjustable items in accordance with claim requirements. Collaborates closely with engineering, procurement, and subcontract teams to support timely contract price adjustments. Analyzes, quantifies, and prepares material take‑offs and work quantities, and records data into databases for material and cost management. Tracks design and construction changes, and measures and values work performed. Manages the full spectrum of subcontracting works, including measurement, claims, and bills of quantities. Prepares tender documents, bid checklists, bid submissions, and conducts bid evaluations and summaries. Submits progress claims in a timely and accurate manner. Monitors, reviews, and verifies subcontractor claims and invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Manages and prepares variation orders and carry‑over works.
