Job Summary Prepare and manage tender documents, oversee contract administration, and handle financial aspects of construction projects to ensure accurate cost control and timely project completion. Responsibilities Prepare, maintain, and manage tender documents including BOQ, tender clarifications, and unit prices to support accurate project bidding Prepare tender submissions, quotations, progress claims, payments, variation orders, and finalize project accounts to ensure financial accuracy Liaise and build effective relationships with consultants and contractors to certify claims for payment and resolve contract issues Measure quantities from drawings and evaluate price comparisons and costing summaries to support procurement decisions Administer project documentation including interim evaluations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, claim submissions, and final accounts to maintain project records Manage all contractual and financial aspects of construction projects to ens...
