Job Description
Job Summary The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for the financial, contractual, and administrative management of construction projects. The QS ensures accurate cost estimation, budget control, timely processing of payment claims, and compliance with contractual obligations. The role involves close coordination with Employer Representatives, project teams, and contractors to deliver projects efficiently, within budget, and to required quality standards.
