Quantity Surveyor: Tender & Cost Control (Civil)

CM METAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a candidate in Singapore to take charge of preparing Building Orders, liaising with the Main Contractor to finalize tender details, quantities, and pricing. This role involves the submission of monthly project cost and progress claims reports to the Director, as well as drafting and presenting drawings for the company's projects.

The ideal candidate should hold a Degree or Diploma in Civil / Construction and/or Structural and have at least 2 years of experience in Aluminium, Cladding, or Roofing.
