Quantity Surveyor: Tender & Cost Management Expert

Element Materials Technology Ltd. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Johor Bahru. This role involves preparing technical proposals, managing costs, and ensuring deliverables meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and 2-3 years' experience in QS or cost management, ideally in building or M&E projects. Strong knowledge of cost estimation and tendering is required.
