Quantity Surveyor (Tender,M&E)

Carry out quantity take-off and Prepare Bill of Quantities for M&E trades Attend site visits, if necessary. Source for supplier and sub-contractor for quotation for M&E trades. Analyse and compare quotations. Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing for M&E trades. . Assist Contracts Manager /M&E Manager to ensure completeness of tender documents for submission and timely submission. Assist Contracts Manager /M&E Manager to clarify and resolve Tender Questionnaires issued by Client/Consultants. To seek clarification and confirmation on Tender Questionnaires from supplier/sub-contractor. All other adhoc work assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
1 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry
Proficiency in Glodon Cubicost software for tender preparation
Good knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) trades preferred
