Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

Experience in Post contract Quantity Surveying & Estimation of Joinery scope

Take off quantities and preparation of scope-wise packages

Verification of scope (item and quantity) against contract BOQ, Comparison of IFT & IFC drawings, report and raise variation claim for the changes if any.

Preparation and submission of variations and their follow-up for approval

Review and comment on the draft contracts received from clients

Subcontractor’s agreement to be reviewed and modified as per the scope and in conjunction with our main contract

Timely alert to the operation team about critical issues like, de-scope, long lead items, cashflow-related issues.
