Job Description
Al Adhwa Al Arabiah Build Cont LLC is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation and Cost Control to join our team in Fujairah, UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation and cost control
- Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation and material reconciliation
- Knowledge of project budgeting, cost monitoring and variation analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- UAE construction experience is preferred
- Good communication and reporting skills
