Job Description

 We are currently recruiting for a Quartermaster Coordinator to work in person at our headquarters in Ottawa.
 
  What you will be doing… 
 The incumbent oversees and handles the movement of inventory. This includes placing orders, receiving the deliveries, moving it from the back warehouse to the clothing store, and distributing them to our Commissionaires, including handling any returns. The incumbent also performs all other related duties and responsibilities, as required.
 
  Some of your responsibilities include… 
 Maintain proper inventory levels in the warehouse, in a timely manner, to ensure that the operational demands of the Commissionaires-Ottawa Clothing Store are met
 Control the movement of inventory between the warehouse and the clothing store
 Perform timely monthly inventory counts and investigate any discrepancies
 Maintain a record of spoiled, damaged, or written-off items
