QuickBooks Accountant

Role Description This is a part-time QuickBooks Accountant role based in Philippines, with on-site collaboration. The QuickBooks Accountant will manage the company’s day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks, including recording transactions, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and maintaining accurate general ledger entries. The role includes preparing invoices, processing payments, tracking expenses, and supporting payroll and contractor payments in coordination with the operations team. The accountant will assist with monthly and quarterly closes, generate financial reports and dashboards for leadership, and help monitor budgets and cash flow. Additional responsibilities include supporting tax and compliance documentation, refining accounting workflows, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is timely, accurate, and aligned with business goals.
