Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent position
Salary: $120k-$140k
As an R&D Engineer, you will lead technical programs focused on developing nextgeneration thermoformed packaging products and technologies. You will own all technical activities for assigned project, driving innovation, executing development plans, and delivering packaging solutions used by many of the worlds most recognized brands.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in polymer science, materials engineering, or packaging technology, combined with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
