R2R Specialist (Record-to-Report)
The R2R Specialist is responsible for managing key areas of the financial close process, ensuring account balances are accurate, fully reconciled, and supported. The role includes reviewing journal entries, handling complex reconciliations, and ensuring completeness of financial data prior to reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage month‑end close activities for assigned accounts, ensuring timely completion.
- Review journal entries and validate accuracy before posting.
- Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations and clear open items.
- Investigate unusual variances and ensure corrective actions are taken.
