RADIOGRAPHER, DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING SERVICES

MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• To implement the policies and procedures for the Diagnostic Imaging Services in liaison with the management.
• To handle diagnostic imaging modalities and perform the procedure accordingly based on doctors/Consultant requests.
• To take charge of the x‑ray equipment and its accessories as instructed by the Radiographer In Charge, and to supervise the PPM service for those modalities.
• To assist in the daily operational and administrative aspects of the service in liaison with the Radiographer in Charge.
• To assist in training programs for new staff.
• Competent in handling all Diagnostic Imaging modalities, including post‑processing procedures.
• To take high‑quality radiographs while keeping patient radiation dose low.
• To provide the highest quality patient care at all times to internal and external customers.
