Radiological Services Attendant

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Radiological Services Attendant.

In this role, the successful candidate assists X-Ray Technologist with preparing patients and exam areas for various radiologic examinations. Maintains equipment , supply levels and clealiness of exam rooms. Receives guidance from Manager/Supervisor and Lead X-Ray Technologist.

Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrates knowledge of the organizations mission and core values and incorporates them into the performance of duties.

Prepares patient for procedure. Gathers and sets up equipment and supplies according to departmental prcedures; notifies Technologist of patient arrival.

Serves as a liasion between front desk, lead technologists, RNs, physicians and patients.

Escorts patients from waiting area to changing rooms to procedure rooms.

Uses standard procedures to identify the correct patient.
