Radiology Tech/CT Technologist

Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Radiology Services, performs Radiographic procedures and Computed Technology (CT) procedures to assist in a diagnosis of disease and injuries. The Technologist works effectively with patients and patients' families and maintains a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental personnel and is willing to cross train to become certified in CT.

Cross Training in additional modalities is possible if determined that there is a need within the department. If interested, communicate with the Manager/Director prior to cross training. 

Multi-modality is defined as being certified in more than one imaging modality. To be in a multimodality position you must have director approval and agree to work in any of the modalities that you are certified for and that there is a need for.
