Job Details

• Salary: £14.89 per hour
• Location: Fareham – Havant
• Hours: Variety of shift times including early mornings, evenings, late nights and weekends on an annualised 10‑hour minimum contract (casual contract)

About the role

As a Rail Replacement Coordinator, you will be the face of First Travel Solutions (FTS). Your responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the safe and timely operation of rail replacement buses, events and coach services, ensuring passenger, colleague, public and your own safety. You will provide assistance and information to passengers, consistently demonstrate excellent customer service, and maintain high standards in data collection via our coordination portal while helping FTS maintain high vehicle standards and audit regulations.
