Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is currently seeking a Seasonal Ranch Laborer to join its team at its Palermo Water Treatment Facility. This vital role supports our Palermo water treatment facility through efficient monitoring, distribution of irrigation water, and operation and maintenance of farm equipment.

All candidates must be able to meet the following requirements:

• Monitor and manage the distribution of irrigation water efficiently.
• Operate a variety of farm equipment safely and proficiently.
• Perform general ranch labor, including weed eating, pulling weeds, and shoveling trenches.
