Involve in backend process improvement to achieve robust reliability performance. . Involve in backend process development activities, hardware modification, and improvement. . Undertake new process development projects for future technological requirements. . Undertake improvement projects to resolve technical challenges during new product and manufacturing stages. . Ensure smooth transfer of process settings from R&D team to manufacturing team. . Work with Reliability team for new evaluations to establish Spin Stand HDD correlation. .
