Salary: up to $5000 Working Days & Hours: Mon-fri office hrs Location: Boon Lay Job Scope: Responsibility to handle internal sample-making requests and perform standard laboratory tests, ensuring consistent quality and accurate recording of test results. Collaborate with senior food technologists to develop new intermediate products using in-house food processing technologies. Support innovative projects aligned with industry standards and customer-specific requirements. Independently design experiments to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes through lab trials. Assist in internal sensory evaluation preparation and maintain precise results documentation. Liaise with purchasing teams to source raw materials for internal and external applications.
