Injection molding is a core process, and this role involves hands-on development, testing, and collaboration with R&D to advance capabilities.
What you will do
- Introduce new technologies, manage purchases, and source new materials for testing.
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of infrastructure.
- Assemble and disassemble molds of varying materials and complexity.
- Operate injection molding machines as needed to produce prototypes.
- Assist in developing tooling required to manufacture prototypes.
- In the future, contribute to the development of robotic automation systems at our suppliers.
