R&D Manager

Qualifications

: - Degree holder in Science/Cosmetic Science/Chemistry / Applied Chemistry or equivalent and above Requirements : - Experience in hands-on laboratory skills in instruments such as pH, balance and viscometer

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar / related industry, including 3–4 years in a managerial role

- Experience in cosmetics industry is an additional advantage Job Descriptions : - Manages and direct research and development programs

- Develop and implement research and development procedures and technique

- Provide advice and guidelines on product development

- Leading formulation development and supervising the end-to-end R&D process
