Job Description
What You'll Do
- Lead R&D team and overall product development direction
- Manage end-to-end NPD from concept to commercialization
- Develop formulations, shelf‑life studies and technical documentation
- Drive innovation, renovation and cost‑quality improvement projects
- Oversee recipe transfer from headquarters to production
- Conduct trial runs, scale‑up, and process validation
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with QA/QC on product quality and compliance
- Recruit, develop and coach R&D team members
- Improve R&D processes, systems and documentation
- Provide technical input for management decisions
