Lead R&D initiatives for India and global market.
Develop and optimize water-based adhesive and coating formulations
Localize global formulations for Indian conditions and applications
Partner with production, sales, and product teams for technology transfer
Support new vendor development and process improvement projects
Ensure compliance with quality and documentation standards
