R&D Material Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong R&D Material Engineer who combines deep material science expertise with commercial acumen. This role bridges research, product development, and client-facing sales-supporting the design, specification, and promotion of advanced materials and laboratory solutions.

Key Responsibilities

R&D / Technical Functions

• Conduct research and evaluation of materials for specialized applications
• Develop and test material solutions based on project requirements (e.g., chemical resistance, durability, cleanroom compatibility etc.)
• Provide technical recommendations on materials such as stainless steel, epoxy resin, phenolic, PP, and other lab-grade surfaces
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure material compatibility with project specifications and regulatory standards
