Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated R&D / New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to support the development and industrialization of advanced optoelectronic and sensor-based products. This role bridges product design, engineering development, and manufacturing readiness, ensuring smooth transition from concept to mass production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design engineering, process engineering, quality, and production to bring next-generation sensing and optical technologies into scalable manufacturing environments. Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from prototype stage through to mass production release
Collaborate with R&D teams on design feasibility, manufacturability (DFM/DFA), and process optimization
