R&D Senior Power Electronics Engineer

The Opportunity

We are looking for an R&D Senior Power Electronics Engineer to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of advanced power conversion systems used across energy storage, photovoltaic applications, and grid‐connected solutions. You will work in a modern laboratory environment and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary R&D team to bring innovative power electronic products from concept to industrialization.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Selection, qualification and verification of semiconductors, passive components and protection devices
• Support a fast, iterative design process in a cross-functional, dedicated team. Use fast prototyping and lab mockups to close learning loops and achieve results quickly.
• Perform commissioning tasks for power conversion and control systems for interfacing with storage systems in the laboratory.
