Job Description
Technology Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Research and Development (R&D) employees and support them in achieving the agreed R&D targets. Each day, you will coach and develop the team, showcase your expertise by helping to manage technologies, platforms, and intellectual property, and oversee the full scope of steering system development while working closely with internal teams and external customers.
Location: Vuosaari, Helsinki.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the development of Azipod® technology initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring high technical quality, innovation, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Leading the development of marine steering systems across mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines.
- Acting as the team leader with responsibility for a team of approximately 10 experts.
