About the role
Champion Safety: Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and follow all safety protocols.

Hands-On Formulation: Prepare, apply, and test coatings to meet customer and commercial needs.

Plan & Execute: Organize your daily/weekly lab work with guidance from senior team members.

Analyze & Report: Record results accurately, analyze data, and make recommendations based on your findings.

Grow your Expertise: Deepen your knowledge of coating chemistry and formulation techniques.
