Main Objectives

To respond to users’ needs for hardware technical support. The incumbent will be required to provide professional, efficient, and accurate responses to enable university staff with their IT needs and to ensure the financial sustainability of maintaining equipment. The equipment referred to in this job profile primarily includes (but is not limited to) computers, laptops, monitors, printers (including MFPs), scanners, data projectors, and audio‑visual equipment.
