Job Description

REQUIREMENTS
* The RSC I position requires a Bachelors Degree in a field of human services, criminal justice, social work or other related field.
* With 1 year of employment experience in human services, corrections, or community- based services provision with various populations is required.
* Experience with community corrections services is preferred.
* RSC I candidates should possess effective oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to develop effective working relationships with residents, staff and community partners are also required.
* Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills and judgment are desired.
* Preference will be given to those with proven record keeping, report writing skills and other case management skills.
* The successful candidate must also have a working knowledge of computer word processing and spreadsheet programs.
