About your next role
You will provide vital, culturally safe mentoring to First Nations participants within the Reconnection, Employment and Learning (REAL) Program to support their journey from incarceration back into the community.
- Deliver strengths-based case management across pre-release, on-release, and post-release stages.
- Develop and maintain Individual Action Plans (IAPs) tailored to each participant's goals.
- Coordinate essential referrals for health, housing, legal, education, and employment services.
