Proactively prospecting, calling, qualifying leads and building a robust pipeline of potential buyers through networking, referrals, digital channels, and company‑provided inquiries.

Conduct compelling and informative sales presentations both in‑person and virtually, effectively communicating the project’s vision, specifications, unique selling points and investment potential.

Guide clients through the entire off‑plan sales process from initial interest to reservation, contract signing, and handover coordination.

Maintain an expert‑level understanding of the local real estate market, competitor activity, and developer project’s master plans, unit types, and payment structures.

Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.
