Job Description
Guide Homes Real Estate is expanding its sales team and seeking experienced Real Estate Consultants with a strong command of Dubai’s Off-Plan and Secondary Market.
With an established international client base across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, we are looking for commercially driven professionals who can confidently manage client relationships, convert leads, and consistently close high-value transactions.
Requirements
- Currently based in Dubai with immediate availability.
- Proven experience in Dubai real-estate sales.
- Strong understanding of Off-Plan and Secondary Market transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese are an advantage.
