Real Estate Appraiser / Property Valuer

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate residential, commercial properties and/or other real estate
• Research market data, comparable sales, and property records
• Prepare detailed and accurate appraisal reports
• Ensure compliance with appraisal standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in Real Estate Management preferred but not a must
• Real Estate Appraiser License preferred but not a must
• Experience in property valuation and appraisal
• Strong analytical, research, and report‑writing skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, 3 days on‑site; 2 days remote
