We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in Philadelphia. As a Real Estate Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters related to real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and drafting real estate contracts and agreements
• Providing legal advice on real estate development projects
• Handling closings, title reviews, and lease agreements
• Representing clients in real estate disputes and negotiations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing real estate law
• Strong knowledge of real estate regulations and laws
