Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and prospecting activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors. Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client consultations. Promote off‑plan and secondary market properties to potential clients. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle. Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions from initial inquiry to deal closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system. Stay informed about market trends, developer launches, pricing, and industry developments.
