Real Estate Chief Accountant - IFRS & Consolidations

ESG Emirates Stallions Group P.J.S.C. is seeking a Chief Accountant to oversee financial statement consolidation and compliance with IFRS. The role includes variance analysis, support for project feasibility assessments, and coordination with various teams to ensure project progress aligns with financial forecasts.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in real estate development. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle is essential, and additional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA will be considered an advantage.
