About us:
Business Sherpa Group is currently looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Law Clerk for one of our law firm clients in the Ottawa region. This is a fully remote role, and details of the location and organization will be disclosed with candidates who are contacted for interviews.
The Real Estate Law Clerk is a central resource for clients and the legal team on real estate matters. This role ensures that transactions are completed accurately and on time by managing files, documentation, and communications with lenders, brokers, and other third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, prepare, and revise residential and commercial real estate files, refinances, private loans, and related documents from opening to closing.
