Position Overview The Real Estate Manager plays a key role in expanding and optimizing the retail store portfolio for Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle across Dubai and the wider UAE. This role focuses on identifying high-performing retail locations, managing lease negotiations, and supporting store openings to ensure long-term portfolio value, brand visibility, and commercial performance. Working closely with the Director of Real Estate, the role contributes directly to strategic growth, cost optimization, and risk management across the retail real estate portfolio.
