Real Estate Negotiator (Project Sales)

HBRE – Project Marketing Division is seeking suitable candidates to fill the above positions.

The job requires dynamic and career-minded individuals who are able to communicate clearly, confidently and with strong sense of responsibilities. Remuneration will include a basic pay plus commission.

Responsibilites & Key Duties

• To execute all planned sales, marketing & promotional strategies in order to meet and achieve sales target.
• To conduct & carry out market survey of all competitors including compiling, collating, analyzing & producing relevant market survey / study reports.
• To attend to & handle all sales enquiries from various source i.e. phone call, emails, social medias & etc.
• To man the sales galleries / show units
• To also perform and execute any other assignments / tasks delegated to you whenever required to do so.
